Lackierung/Painting Step 5

Reifen - Tamiya Nato Black XF-69,
Polster - Mischung aus Vallejo Leather Brown und Red Leather und nach dem Trocknen Citadel Washes Badab Black,
Auspuffe - Vallejo Red Leather

After a tough week, I found some time to go on with the "Puma".
Firstly I painted some Details like the exhausts, the pad in the commander´s hatch and the tires.
For these I used:
Tires - Tamiya Nato Black,
Pad - Mixture from Vallejo Leather Brown and Red Leather and after drying, Citadel Washes Badab Black,
Exhausts - Vallejo Red Leather
After that, I applied a "Pin-Wash", using the following products:
Oil color Vandyke Brown,
Lighter fluid.
From this I made a pretty thick mixture and applied this, using a pointed 2/0 brush around all screws, rivets, on all weld seams and in all nooks and crevices.
As the lighter fluid evaporates very quickly, I could remove the excess pretty shortly afterwards. For this I removed all the excess using Q-Tips, letting the paint only show in the "Shadows".

Step 6 wird:
Beginn des Weatherings

Step 6 will be:
Start of the Weathering
